01 · The real starting point

Before a hospital visit, there are a hundred practical questions.

We identify practical hospital options across China based on your stated needs: the examination or treatment you are exploring, expected timing, language-support needs and travel preferences.

We help clarify the practical options, not recommend treatment or assess clinical suitability.

A

Your choice stays yours.

You choose whether to proceed. Hospitals and licensed clinicians make all acceptance, diagnosis, treatment and clinical-suitability decisions.

B

One clear point of contact.

We coordinate agreed communication, interpretation, accompaniment and local logistics around the care plan.

C

Fees remain separate.

Hospitals bill for medical care. Our independent coordination services are scoped and quoted separately.

The experience around treatment

Professional care should still feel human.

We look beyond a hospital name. The environment, communication, technology and day-to-day support all shape how confident a patient feels before travelling.

We help you ask the questions that reveal what the experience may actually be like.

One journey, in view

Know the next step before taking it.

We make the non-clinical journey easier to see. Each stage is confirmed before the next one begins.

Stage 01 · Enquire

Start with context.

Tell us where you are travelling from, your approximate timing and what kind of practical help you are exploring. Keep medical records out of the first email.

Initial scopeNo obligationNo sensitive records
Stage 02 · Coordinate

Turn options into a plan.

We help clarify hospital processes, written estimates, language needs and the coordination scope. Doctors decide whether care is clinically appropriate.

Stage 03 · Arrive

Travel with fewer unknowns.

Once arrangements are confirmed, we coordinate agreed interpretation, accompaniment and local logistics around the hospital schedule.

Planning your visit to China

The right destination. A more considered arrival.

Hospital location, transport, accommodation and language needs shape each visit. We confirm available support for your chosen destination before making arrangements, then plan the stay around the confirmed hospital schedule.

Clear by design

Trust begins with knowing who does what.

We coordinate the journey around care. We do not diagnose, interpret medical records or prescribe treatment. Hospitals and licensed clinicians make all clinical decisions.

01

Hospital selection

We help identify practical options for your enquiry. You choose where to proceed, subject to the hospital's acceptance and availability.

02

Medical decisions

Only the treating hospital and licensed clinicians assess suitability, recommend treatment and explain clinical risk.

03

Coordination

We organize agreed communication, interpretation, accompaniment and travel-related support around confirmed appointments.

04

Emergency care

This service is not an emergency channel. Urgent medical situations should be directed to local emergency services immediately.

Good to know

Questions worth asking early.

Are you a hospital?

No. Care in China provides independent patient coordination. Hospitals and licensed clinicians provide medical advice, diagnosis and treatment.

Can you guarantee an appointment?

No. Appointments depend on clinical acceptance and hospital availability. We confirm what is possible before describing any arrangement as booked.

What will the complete trip cost?

That depends on the hospital's assessment and your travel plans. We help separate hospital estimates, our coordination fee and travel costs so the full picture is easier to evaluate.

When should I send medical records?

Not in the first enquiry. We begin with basic contact and planning information, then explain the appropriate channel if records are needed for a hospital enquiry.
